Besides Martial Arts techniques, Integrity Kung Fu, by providing training of professional Kung Fu/Wushu skills and philosophies, is dedicated to helping our trainees become positive, healthy, confident, respectful, balanced, and modest all-around leaders.

Little Warrior
Age 4 to 7
The program focuses on developing our students’ athletic abilities and self-awareness, along with improving the students’ capabilities in self-defense, concentration, and discipline, help them boost their overall self-esteem.
Kids Kung Fu
Age 7 to 13
By participating this program, students will be able to understand fundamental Kung Fu concepts and skills, as well as implement these practical concepts in their lives.
Advanced Wushu
Age 13 and Above
Students are trained accordingly for the purpose of competing in advanced level in this program, All the students who are older than 13 years old regardless of their Kungfu levels are required to train and live as an Integrity Kungfu master who is respectful, balanced, focused, self-discipline, grateful, caring, persistent, humble, and brave.
If you are bored with just running, or just tired of weight lifting, why not try our Adult Kung Fu Fitness class? Through our interesting and intense class, you will be trained using Kung Fu weapons at different levels along with learn Sanda ( Combat Fighting Kung Fu) Skills and Tai Chi Health Philosophies. A stronger body, improved coordination, better flexibility, and increased awareness to make your life more balanced!
Adult Kung Fu Fitness
I remember feeling uncertain about Kung Fu when I first started the practice as a child. I lacked the confidence and athletic abilities at that time and doubted my journey of success. Little did I know that the road towards my journey in martial arts would be one of the most profound experiences of my life! Right before I started Integrity Kung Fu, I made a commitment to serving and empowering the communities of Missouri City, Sugar Land, and the greater Houston area by teaching our children and adults the confidence, leadership, and fitness skills that can only be achieved through Kung Fu.
