Don't know how to improve your broadsword flower to be faster, cleaner, and more fluent? Check out our Broadsword Online Seminar! Hosted by Integrity Kung Fu Academy, led by the World Wushu Champion, Asian Games Champion, and China National Champion, Sun Peiyuan, the Nandu Seminar will take place on 1/14/2023, Saturday, at 6:30 pm (Central Time). We will focus on some combinations you may need for training and in your form.

Other than the combination shown in the video, Sun Peiyuan will share some of his training methods to better your broadsword flower and rhythm!
